Printemps America, Inc. In Store Return/Exchange Policy

To confirm if your item qualifies for return, please review our Return Policy Guidelines below:
I. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We offer a 14-day return window for all new items, including beauty products, from the date of purchase unless specified otherwise by Printemps America, Inc in writing.
II. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, new, unworn, undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact (including, without limitation all applicable accessories, dust bags and original brand boxes, as applicable). In addition:
a. Beauty Products. Beauty items may be returned if unopened, provided they meet our hygiene standards.
b. Lingerie and Swimwear. For health and safety reasons, intimates and swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene seals attached, if applicable.
c. Bags and accessories. Items must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging and with their certificates of authenticity and brand tags intact.
d. Shoes. Shoes must not be worn other than to be tried on. The soles must be smooth and in perfect condition, without lines indicating wear. The shoebox must be in perfect condition and may not be sealed with adhesive tape nor written on.

III. NON-RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE MERCHANDISE
Articles that have been worn, damaged or are incomplete, used, or dirty will not be returned, exchanged, or reimbursed. In addition, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or reimbursed under any circumstances:
a. Vintage items, including Mon Vintage and The Falls
b. All jewelry, including, without limitation, luxury watches
c. Altered apparel
d. Special and custom orders
e. Perishable items
f. Personalized items
g. Final sale items and/or merchandise advertised as "final sale," “sale” or “as is," and/or identified with an asterisk.

IV. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
1. General
Customers may choose to receive a refund or exchange for eligible items. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, including cash and credit card refunds, as applicable, or as store credit. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and/or exchanges. The store reserves the right to assess whether returned items are in saleable condition. If the items are found to be damaged or unsuitable for resale, they may be denied for return and/or exchanges.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
2. In Store Purchases
Returns and/or exchanges must be made in store within 14 days of purchase, unless specified otherwise by Printemps America, Inc in writing.
3. Online Purchases
Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery, unless specified otherwise by Printemps America Inc., in writing, as follows:
a. Mailing self-serve returns.
• Customers may submit a return request via Loop, our online return portal connected to Shopify. If the request is approved, we will create and provide a return label and return slip.
• Upon receipt of the return label and return slip, you must pack and ship your order with the return slip inside.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping charge or $10 if the shipping charge cannot be pre-determined, which amount will be deducted from the refund.
• Online returns and exchanges will be made only upon our receipt and approval of the returned item. In certain circumstances to be determined by Printemps America Inc., at its sole discretion (e.g., wrong item and/or size sent, damaged or defective good, item not matching description), online returns may be credited or an exchange issued upon the carrier’s scanning of the returned item.
• If your online return and/or exchange request is denied upon our receipt of the merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipping costs (which will be deducted from the refund) if you wish to have the item sent back to you.
b. In store returns (free). You may bring the items you would like to return and/or exchange in store, in which case the conditions of Section IV.2 above will apply.
You will be refunded and/or benefit from an exchange, as agreed upon with Printemps America Inc., upon our receipt and inspection of the returned items. If the items are found to be damaged or unsuitable for resale, they may be denied for return and/or exchange.
International sales are final and not eligible for return.

VI. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

VII. DISCRETIONARY RETURNS
The store has the discretion to determine if a returned item meets the requirements for a refund, exchange, or store credit based on the condition of the product.
VIII. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you purchase a damaged or defective item, please alert us as soon as possible in store or at clientservicesnewyork@printemps.com or 212-217-2299 to arrange a return, exchange, or refund.
IX. GIFT CARDS
Items purchased with a gift card may be exchanged or refunded. Refunds for any return of merchandise purchased using a gift card will be made as a top-up of the balance on such card. If multiple gift cards were used for one purchase, we will inform you of the number of the gift card to which balance the refund will be credited. Alternatively, we may issue, at our discretion, a new gift card to you with a balance that is equal to the refund amount.
Please note that the above does not apply to items purchased with promotional gift cards, which can be exchanged but not refunded.
